With nearly 30 years as a Registered Nurse and decades of hands-on experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Board-Certified Nurse Coach, Tracy brings a rare blend of clinical precision and genuine warmth to every session. And with training in somatic work, she truly understands how trauma and stress can live in the body long after the mind has moved on. That's why she doesn't rush to treat the symptom in front of her — she takes the time to understand the whole story behind it.

Her therapeutic toolkit includes lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, cupping, and acupressure, along with electroanalgesia — a drug-free, FDA-cleared therapy that reaches conditions other treatments often can't, including fibromyalgia, neuropathy, and chronic fatigue, among many others. As a Nurse Coach, she also walks alongside clients between sessions, helping them build sustainable lifestyle habits — sleep, movement, nutrition, stress reduction, and beyond — so healing doesn't stop when they leave the room.

Tracy is honored to bring her practice, Tranquil Journey, to Evansville Wellness Group — a place where she's found a team that treats people the way she always has: as whole individuals worthy of being seen, heard, and cared for.

Outside the clinic, Tracy is usually outside — hiking, biking, kayaking, or simply soaking up time in nature with her partner, Chris. She loves cooking nutritious, delicious meals, spending time with her kids and grandson, and adventuring with her Dane/Mastiff mix, Riley.
